Learning Methodology
The X10 Learning Methodology
X10 is built on a simple idea: effective training is not limited to transferring information. The experience is designed around understanding, application, assessment and development, with activities, case studies and projects selected for the nature and target level of each program.
Stage one: Understand
A clear knowledge foundation helps the learner understand the concepts, tools and language of the field. In AI programs this can include core concepts and use cases; in marketing it can include market reading and consumer behaviour; and in leadership it can include models of influence and decision-making.
Stage two: Apply
Knowledge becomes practice through activities, projects, case studies and simulation exercises. The degree of application differs from program to program, but it remains an intentional part of the design rather than an optional addition after the content.
Stage three: Assess and develop
Outputs and progress are reviewed to identify what has been gained and what needs development. Depending on the program outcomes, the review can consider project quality, clarity of thinking, use of a tool or the ability to convert a decision into an action plan.

Study format
Under the current site plan, X10 delivers live online training. Session times, number of sessions, duration and any prerequisites are specified when each program or pathway is opened. This page does not state standard duration or fees because those vary by program and cohort.
