The quality of a learning experience begins with the quality of the trainer: their expertise and ability to convert knowledge into organized, applicable learning. X10 therefore builds a network of trainers and experts in artificial intelligence, strategic marketing, and leadership and management.
Who can apply?
Trainers, experts, consultants and specialists with appropriate practical experience, or relevant academic or professional qualifications, and a clear ability to facilitate and deliver applied content consistent with the X10 methodology.
Selection criteria

| Commitment to the methodology | Willingness to work within the understand, apply, assess and develop framework. |
The joining journey
- Submit a professional profile and relevant experience.
- Join an introductory interview to discuss the field and working approach.
- Deliver a sample session or facilitation example where required.
- Be assessed and qualified for the relevant collaboration and program.
- Join the trainer and expert network once requirements are complete.
What a trainer contributes
The role is not limited to presenting material. It includes organizing learning, using applied content, guiding activities, reviewing outputs and providing feedback that helps learners improve.
