Policies and Disclosures

This page explains the important conditions that apply to program information, academic and professional pathways, registration requests and personal data submitted through the site.

Program, certificate and recognition information

The nature of any certificate, professional recognition or academic credit varies by program, pathway and awarding body. Each program should be reviewed separately for its name, awarding body, credential type, level, academic credits where applicable, requirements and the nature of the academic or professional pathway.

Academic pathways and credit transfer

Qualifi, Cambridge Level 7, Academic Bridge and trainer-development routes apply only where specified by the relevant program and pathway. Possible credit transfer, university progression or degree completion is subject to the conditions of the academic body, program and pathway. It is not automatic admission, automatic transfer or a blanket promise to all participants.

Registration requests

Submitting a registration request is an expression of interest. It does not constitute final admission, a contractual commitment, a confirmed cohort place, a fixed schedule or a guaranteed credential. The team may ask for further information before clarifying available next steps.

Program schedules, duration and fees

Duration, sessions, dates, fees, prerequisites and delivery details may vary by program launch, cohort and pathway. Confirm the applicable details directly with the X10 team before making an enrollment decision.

Personal data and privacy

Registration data is collected to review and communicate about the request. It is stored in the site’s private WordPress administration area and is not displayed publicly. The information collected includes contact details, professional context, the selected program and any voluntary message needed to respond to the inquiry.

Responsible communication

Marketing or external communication must not imply that every X10 program has the same accreditation, academic credit or transfer outcome. Use the approved program-specific description and official documents when describing a credential or pathway.
